The Parlor Process

  • Share a few details about your celebration, guest count, and design preferences through our intake form. Once submitted, you’ll be prompted to schedule a consultation so we can begin discussing your vision.

  • During a brief Zoom consultation, we’ll discuss your event, aesthetic direction, paper selections, and the elements you’d like included in your suite. This conversation allows us to prepare a tailored proposal for your stationery.

  • Once your proposal is approved, we’ll coordinate a design retainer fee and a payment plan to begin designing your invitation suite. Typography, layout, and finishing details are thoughtfully composed to reflect the tone and spirit of your celebration.

  • You’ll receive digital proofs of your suite for review. We work together through any revisions until every detail feels just right before sending your design to print.

  • Your suite enters production using carefully selected papers and printing methods. Once complete, your invitations are delivered ready for assembly or fully prepared for mailing, depending on your production selections.

Most wedding invitation suites are completed within 4–6 weeks prior to production, depending on design complexity and printing methods. Paper goods and non-wedding signage have shorter production timelines.

Sierra Kraynak | Owner, Kraynak’s Paper Parlor

When I planned my own wedding, I navigated the invitation process almost entirely on my own. I found that many online options felt impersonal, while fully custom design services were far beyond my budget. Nothing seemed quite right.

Kraynak’s Paper Parlor was born from that experience: a desire to offer thoughtfully designed, elevated stationery that feels personal and intentional without feeling out of reach. With a Master’s in Fine Arts and a love of storytelling, my goal is to help others create paper goods that reflect their story and the meaning behind their celebration, whatever that may be.

I hope we’ll get to create something magical together!
